But will someone please train the wait staff, have them tuck their shirts in and look presentable/professional, and for the love of christ have them groom their hair. I wanted to buy it (some hotels let you take stuff and charge you, but I didn't want to take the chance with my almost $300 security deposit that they hit us with on the morning of... file that under negative too. The Good: The rooms are nice, with large, reasonably comfortable beds. The owner actually lied to the health department in order to host a giant event during a pandemic. But in any event, an apology email was given by Colonial Hotel and stated they would refund my account , so I thought all was good. This hotel is unable to fulfill a contract due to COVID and refuses to refund any deposit money.

Most Formals are shot in the lobby by stairs and I recommend bringing a a short ladder and additional lighting, due to its dark nature.
