The death scenes are surely the most interesting and memorable parts of the movie. It has some fab deaths especially the claustrophobic first one. admittedly, aspects of it are phenomenal- from the score to some all-timer set pieces- yet as a whole, it just doesn't really work for me. Even though some of them are completely ridiculous when you think about it, I found they were entertaining. The Devil's own son? Er zitten wel een paar originele ongewone doodsoorzaken in de film en de hulpjes van de door de duivel bezeten Damien zijn interessant om te volgen.
Mijn moeder wist al jaren voor mijn geboorte hoe ze mij zou gaan noemen, indien ze een zoon zou krijgen natuurlijk, maar toen vlak voor ik ter wereld zou gaan komen nou echt nét deze Omen films wereldberoemd werden zag ze daar toch maar vanaf.
