I took the egg from the Daycare Lady and it hatched into a shiny Zorua, which was pretty cool. When I got to that point, I had finished catching all the ones from the base game through raid battles. I have a few shiny pokemon that can be redeemed. The SOBs got me hook line and sinker lol. I ended up doing pretty well in the Armor Beginnings competition! HG/SS has a lot of areas that are inspired with a seasonal aesthetic, so you could be forgiven for mistaking somewhere like Ecruteak had a seasons mechanic. this suffers the same problem as the new Paper Mario games: combat is pointless. Seasons?
