The twelfth season of the action-comedy series Red vs. Blue. At the New Republic HQ, Grif is telling a group of Rebels the time he and the Reds and Blues fought against the Meta, comparing the Meta's strength to ten bears. Then go vote and play Halo 4! After Wash gets everyone back on track, Carolina points out that because their Charon weaponry exploded, the space pirates most likely had the same experience with their weapons, giving them the advantage in numbers and weaponry. Damn! He asks Carolina to let go of her rivalry with Tex and flee Project Freelancer with him. He also states that there seems to be a sort of strong energy coming from the Beam. Having arrived at the Great Burning Plains (Burial Mounds), the Sacred Quest team prepares to perform one of the many tasks that the hero of the Alien's prophecy is supposed to do. Sarge then brands Simmons a traitor and prepares to attack the Blues. Project Freelancer sends in the big guns for some repo work. He then tells Future Church to "meet us at the top of the ramp.". But given what I know about South's last location, fairly certain the odds are in my favor. Felix ends by saying that if he is stronger and faster than anyone then he has the right to kill them. Caboose rushes off to the Blue Base, leaving Tucker all by himself. explains that she was recovered by Hargrove and was illegally reassigned to work under him. Sarge also joins due to his desire to fight in another war. Tucker disconnects the wire that had connected to Church's switch, thereby stopping the beeping noise, but also disabling Church's legs. At Blue Base, Tex continues to work on the tank when Church approaches her and asks about how she knows so much about vehicles. This serves as the introduction of the Warthog; Grif suggests calling it a Puma, as he does not think it looks much like a Warthog. The Reds return to the desert to find Caboose being threatened by the aliens as a result of Epsilon-Church going missing. Meanwhile, after defeating Wyoming, York tries to create a distraction in order to help Tex. Later, Carolina consults Dr. Grey about Wash's frequent memory lapses, in which Dr. Grey explains that Wash is suffering from, Carolina and Washington go after the expert, Jax, being greeted in the film set by his new assistant director, Private George. Washington, the Meta and Doc gather near the Epsilon unit, which Washington realizes is empty due to the AI being moved to the eye-like body they saw in Valhalla. At Red Base, Lopez notices that the earthquakes are getting more frequent, and tries to warn the Red Team that they are in danger. Epsilon explains his distaste for being a Mongoose, and in response, Carolina paraphrases Tucker by saying he could say he "picked her up", much to the A.I. Allowed latin and ! Delta asks Caboose for his help on a mission; specifically, he asks Caboose to take him to the source of energy that Donut had previously mentioned, and also where Tucker is supposed to be, so they can punish those who harmed Alpha. Caboose, now the appointed leader of the Blues, orders Tucker to upgrade the communications tower, Wash to go out on lookout duty, and Simmons to do whatever he normally does for the Red Team. The Project Freelancer saga began with Season 9 (2011) and follows two separate stories: a continuation to the Recollection trilogy and a prequel set before the events of The Blood Gulch Chronicles. Back at the Purge, Felix fights off Wash and rushes towards the temple. Unfortunately, Locus, accompanied by other mercenaries, de-cloak from the Pelican and raid the ship. Epsilon's storage unit suddenly opens up, and the figure of Delta is seen. Felix tells them that Tucker and the others will die if they attempt to rescue the captured Reds and Blues. Back at the Blue Base, with Church still immobile, Caboose suggests that Church leave his body, so that Lopez can make any repairs to himself and Sheila. Other AI were used in the torturing process of Alpha, with Omega and Gamma being used to create tests that were impossible for Alpha to win, driving him mad, and breaking him to the point he could not recognize anybody, not even Tex. The Reds and Blues find themselves at a location that appears to be a replica of Blood Gulch called Desert Gulch. Church teleports back to Blood Gulch shortly before the series begins. Between alien artifacts, subpar subordinates and mysterious mercenaries, the heroes of Blood Gulch have got their work cut out for them, and they really hate work. He then adds that he is the real soldier while Locus is simply a killer, before logging off. As the Reds and Blues fly away on the Pelican in order to get Tucker to safety, the latter informs Wash and Kimball of Doyle’s actions. The Meta then lifts up a Warthog and throws it at Grif, who flees. Tucker starts becoming suspicious of the Blues and Reds and organizes a secret meeting with the Reds and Blues. Tucker claims to have found something "under the sand," right before explosions are heard, forcing him to end the transmission. Dylan meets with Tucker and informs him of all of the Blues and Reds' suspicious behavior. Tucker carefully approaches it and when a projection of an alien suddenly appears, he swings his sword at it in shock and unintentionally activates the dormant temple, which gives off a bright purple light that can be seen by the Chorus soldiers at the captured Charon complex. After giving the elite a datapad containing information on Project Freelancer, they then discuss an artifact that the Insurrection has discovered before the UNSC and Project Freelancer. The Reds and Blues return home. Meanwhile, still in Battle Creek, Sarge and Caboose steal the Red and Blue flags in an attempt to coerce the teams to help them find their way out. However, Andy turns out to be a dud and fails to explode, sparing the Reds. The Reds eventually give up and return to their base. Which just so happens to be one of many folders that yours truly picked up the last time I visited a Freelancer facility. Tex steals Tucker's sword so she can fight the robots; Church decides that she must be The Great Destroyer from the prophecy, even when Gary said the Great Destroyer was a blue being. Huggins corrects Donut's plan so that Huggins will scout ahead to note any discrepancies caused by Genkins and report them to Caboose while the Reds and Blues travel to those moments to "re-zip" time. Kimball tells Caboose, Grif and Simmons to encourage their squads to do better next time, but not to lie to them. Delta can also be heard speaking with holographic York off screen. Wash goes unconscious from his injuries and suffers flashbacks from his time as a Recovery agent, such as being given a mission to find and kill South in Reconstruction and shooting Donut and Lopez in Recreation. When the Meta's fist connects with Doc's helmet, he is slammed into the base wall. Defeated, Labyrinth reveals himself and partners with them to take down Genkins, whom he beats with the club. Unlike the previous season, this season displays and expands on the A.I., such as never-before-seen A.I. Meanwhile, Church, who cannot stand the remote's beeping sound, begs Tucker and Caboose to deactivate it, but the switch breaks. At Blue Base, the Blues meet to discuss their plans for the day. York vanishes for the final time; ending the journal. Church reminds her of their relationship and comforts her, telling her to rest, which Tex wearily, but happily complies to. Prior to episode 1, the Blues were under the charge of Captain Butch Flowers. In order to repair Sheila, Church and Tucker try to determine how to activate the repair sequence in Church's robot body. In the desert, Tucker searches for the Reds and Epsilon-Church, and guesses they must have taken off. Church asks why the Meta wants the AIs, so Washington reveals that some equipment cannot be run without them. The Reds however wish to back out of their mission to infiltrate Project Freelancer, so Washington trades them a favor to get them to join the mission, demoting Grif. Washington then receives a call from Command, who tell him that a recovery beacon has been activated by the Delta AI. You can paste URL of the image inside
Upon entering the facility, Epsilon-Church has F.I.L.S.S. At the New Republic HQ, Caboose, Tucker, Grif and Simmons gather their lieutenants Smith, Bitters and Jensen (including Palomo) to discuss the upcoming mission to save the captured Reds and Blues.
