My brother, who is an experienced snow machine rider came down from Alaska and had planned to rent snow machines for our family from cheap thrills. Part that I was disappointed about was to pay $480 for snowmobile rental an the reverse didn't work. You are top notch....from the snowmobiles to all the equipment and clothing you provide! Not sure if this is standard ops, but Chuck went above and beyond for me, and for that I will always return to Cheap Thrills for my McCall vacations. We offered to show her the video of the machine to prove the fire was in the wrong side to have been a parking break issue. We had to cut our trip short because it started to rain. She told him they were booked and there's no chance he would get to ride. What a turn off when I can rent from Mile High & their staff of gracious smiling employees. For a heavy 2 seater probably wouldn't of been a problem if I was treated better. The staff at the office was very generous and only charged us for half a day. much more. Super friendly, the guy at the dock was thorough and helpful, and the boat was clean and in good working order (except the radio so bring your portable speaker). The 2 stroke machines have quite a bit more power in them and shine if you want to take them off trail into the fresh powder.
